Hawkesbury Community Centre
Hawkesbury Village Residents’ Association have applied to the National Lottery for funding to build a local community centre. Encraft are working with Sjolander Da Cruz Architects on the design of this building to ensure that is built sustainably.

Walsall School Buildings
This project is concerned with developing and implementing a sustainable building policy for use by the local authority in dealing with architects and contractors. Several schools are being built and extended and here serve as a catalyst for highlighting the key issues and opportunities.

This concerns a mixed development close to the town centre with housing and a variety of other buildings and facilities.

A Worcestershire County Council development which offers a special challenge to sustainable building methods because special needs schools require heated pools and facilities to aid mobility.
